ডেলিভারি পলিসি

CNC Archives BD | CNCABD গ্রাহকদের কাছে নিরাপদ ও সময়মত CNC মেশিন এবং পণ্য পৌঁছানোর জন্য অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। নিচে আমাদের ডেলিভারি পলিসির বিস্তারিত দেওয়া হলো:

১. ডেলিভারি কভারেজ

• আমরা বাংলাদেশের সমস্ত অঞ্চলে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি। প্রধান শহরগুলির বাইরে গ্রাহকদের জন্য ডেলিভারি সময় পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

২. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

• CNC মেশিন:
  • মজুদে থাকা CNC মেশিনগুলোর ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ৫-৭ কর্মদিবস লাগে।
• কাস্টম CNC মেশিন:
  • কাস্টমাইজড মেশিনের জন্য ডেলিভারি সময় ৪-৬ সপ্তাহ পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। অর্ডারের সময় গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারির সম্ভাব্য তারিখ জানানো হবে।
• অ্যাকসেসরিজ ও খুচরা যন্ত্রাংশ:
  • ছোট পণ্যগুলো সাধারণত ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছানো হয়।

৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ফ্রি ডেলিভারি:
  • ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ৳১,০০,০০০ টাকার বেশি অর্ডারের জন্য ফ্রি ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়। এর চেয়ে কম অর্ডারের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
• ঢাকার বাইরে:
  • ঢাকার বাইরের ডেলিভারি চার্জ লোকেশন এবং পণ্য/মেশিনের আকার ও ওজনের উপর নির্ভর করবে। চেকআউটের সময় নির্দিষ্ট ডেলিভারি ফি জানানো হবে।

৪. ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া

• অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ:
  • অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর গ্রাহক একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল বা এসএমএস পাবেন যাতে অর্ডারের বিস্তারিত, অনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় এবং ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর থাকবে।
• অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং:
  • ট্র্যাকিং নম্বরের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকরা তাদের অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন। ডেলিভারি আপডেট নিয়মিত ইমেইল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে দেওয়া হবে।
• সময়ে ডেলিভারি:
  • আমাদের দল গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে সুবিধাজনক সময়ে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করবে। যদি কোনো কারণে বিলম্ব হয়, গ্রাহককে তা জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

৫. পণ্য পরিদর্শন

• গ্রহণের পূর্বে:
  • পণ্য গ্রহনের সময় গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে যে, মেশিনটি ভালোভাবে পরিদর্শন করুন এবং কোন সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারি রিসিপ্টে সাইন দেওয়ার আগে আমাদের জানিয়ে দিন।
• ইনস্টলেশন:
  • CNC মেশিনগুলোর জন্য আমরা ইনস্টলেশন সেবা প্রদান করি। ডেলিভারির পর আমাদের টেকনিক্যাল টিম গ্রাহকের কাছে গিয়ে মেশিনটি ইনস্টল করে চালু করে দেবে।

৬. ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা

• ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব:
  • বিরল ক্ষেত্রে যদি ডেলিভারি সময়সীমার বেশি সময় লাগে, গ্রাহককে তা জানানো হবে এবং তিনি চাইলে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে বা নতুন ডেলিভারি তারিখের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে পারবেন।
• হারানো বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য:
  • ট্রানজিটে হারানো বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যগুলোর জন্য CNC Archives BD সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব নেবে এবং তা প্রতিস্থাপন বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করবে।

Delivery Policy

At CNC Archives BD | CNCABD, we ensure the safe and timely delivery of CNC machines and related products to our customers across Bangladesh. Below are the details of our delivery policy:

1. Delivery Coverage

• We offer delivery across all regions of Bangladesh. For customers outside major cities, delivery times may vary based on the distance and availability of courier services.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• CNC Machines:
  • Standard delivery for in-stock CNC machines typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Customized CNC Machines:
  • For custom-designed machines, delivery times may extend up to 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the order. The customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.
• Accessories and Spare Parts:
  • Smaller items like accessories or spare parts usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

3. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery:
  • We offer free delivery within Dhaka city for orders above a certain amount (typically ৳100,000). For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges apply.
• Outside Dhaka:
  • Delivery charges outside Dhaka will vary based on the location and size/weight of the products. The exact delivery fee will be communicated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Process

• Order Confirmation:
  • Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the order details, expected delivery time, and tracking number.
• Order Tracking:
  • Customers can track their orders via the tracking number provided. Updates on the shipment’s status will be sent periodically via email or SMS.
• On-time Delivery:
  • Our team will coordinate with customers to ensure delivery is made at a convenient time. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly.

5. Product Inspection

• Before Acceptance:
  • Upon receiving the product, we encourage customers to inspect the machine or item thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately.
• Installation:
  • For CNC machines, we offer installation services. After delivery, our technical team will visit the customer site for installation and ensure the machine is fully operational.

6. Delivery Issues

• Delayed Delivery:
  • In rare cases where delivery is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and given the option to cancel the order or wait for the new delivery date.
• Lost or Damaged Goods:
  • In case of lost or damaged goods during transit, CNC Archives BD takes full responsibility and will either replace the item or offer a full refund.
